How it Works | Milaan

Sign up and tell us about yourself, your hobbies and about your ideally partner.

During the sign up process there is a personality assessment to reveal diverse facets of your character, enabling us to connect you with someone who genuinely resonates with you, beyond a superficial connection.

Love is not about numbers. We'll start looking for a compatible match right away. Members join our community daily and we alert you once a match has been found.

The more open you are to a partner, the more options you will have.

After signing up, there is a 15 mins video call with a Milaan staff member.

During the video call, our staff will ensure the information we have is accurate and understand you and your partner needs better.

You will also have your identity confirmed by showing a piece of government ID.

Once we have found a prospective match, you’ll be invited to attend an event, hosted by Milaan, where other potential couples will meet their own matches for a date. Everyone is there for the same reason with no outside judging eyes and no pressure to exchange personal details.

Our event hosts are great at welcoming all participants, removing many of the first date jitters. Our hosts are available throughout the entire event providing ice breaker questions and will be your point of contact if you need anything.

Dates are 45 minutes, long enough to know if there is a potential future but short enough not to drag on.

After the date, let us know if you were feeling your date and if you’d like to continue chatting with them.

If you both agree, we will share your email address, allowing you to set your own pace of getting to know each other better.

If not, no problem, we are always looking out for you and will start the process again, notifying you when another potential match meets your criteria.
